Bio
I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DeepBio Limited, and the Founder and Executive Director of CHIRAL Bangladesh, its dedicated research wing. I also serve as Faculty at the Center for Bioinformatics Learning Advancement and Systematics Training (cBLAST), University of Dhaka, and as a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Public Health, Daffodil International University. At Daffodil International University, I also teach in the Micro-Credential Academy as an Instructor for the course AI for Public Health.
As an educator, I hold the position of Lead Instructor and Organizer at the Training Unit of CHIRAL and DeepBio Limited. I also serve as Program Lead for the GSA Bioinformatics Internship, a collaborative initiative jointly organized by the Global Network of Bangladeshi Biotechnologists (GNOBB), ASI School of Life, and the Society for the Popularization of Science, Bangladesh (SPSB).
I completed my Master of Science (2020) and Bachelor of Science (2019) in Microbiology from Jagannath University. My research focuses on applying artificial intelligence (AI) to health data—including multi-omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) and neuroimaging—to identify clinically actionable biomarkers and build predictive models for the early diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders and cancer. I am also passionate about visualizing complex data and models to improve biological interpretation and support clinical applications.
